This is the best magazine app. Keep up the good work!

I dont get the option to download anymore even though my subscription hasnt expired. Ive signed in and out; changed my password and Im still prompted to buy or subscribe. This is the third time Ive had this problem.

Love it! Cant get enough of it.

This is such a great way to get & have this magazine with me whenever. Thinking of all this magazine has meant to sisters - and brothers! - over the years, the easy access is wonderful!

Ive been trying for days to download the newest magazine with Jill Scott with ZERO success. Customer service hasnt been helpful.

Great app so far, easy to use. Glad I opted for this over the physical magazine.

Hard copy subscription recognized, but mobile subscription not recognized or does not load. have spent hours on phone with “help desk”.

Super frustrating that the screen does not rotate at all---landscape view is optimal and works better when using a keyboard!

I have downloaded the app in my iPhone 6 plus. It appears in the newsstand, but when I try to open it, it will not load.

It wont open any of my magazines!

Yearly subscriber and I have no new magazines and when trying to log in it says Im not a subscriber whats up with that

Ive been a subscriber for 4 years now and I love it. Best part about its you can start reading the next issue digitally before the print issue.

I love Essence Magazine, they offer one of the best magazine experiences on the market. Beautiful layouts, interactive articles, embedded video files, the digital version is awesome. I receive both the paper and tablet versions and while I cant yet part with the look and feel of paper; the tablet version is just as appealing. Its practically another magazine! The only con is that it can take a while to download. I recommend not reading it until it is fully downloaded.

When the previous app cancelled because they wanted to charge me for the digital subscription I had with my magazine subscription. It was not a easy transition but well worth it. No problems with app so far.

By far this is the best app Ive had since using a smart phone. No crashes, no problems logging in or any other issues. Ive been reading essence since I was knee high to a stump and I refuse to stop. By me being able to access Essence on all of my devices I dont miss a thing! ❤️❤️❤️my Essence!

I love to read my favorite magazine at any time without having to care an additional magazine in my tote.

Love the convenience of having Essence right at my fingertips. In my line of work its hard to be logging a magazine around.

Was working fine on my iPad. I stopped reading for months due to nursing school but got back to reading on break and now I can it has an error message every time I press download now on my iPhone it doesnt work . Ill try again on my iPad but I think it should be working on all devices.
