It doesnt work all the time. It crashes sometimes. Other than that it would be great. The pictures are nice on my iPad.

Im glad I purchased the digital and app version because this app makes it so convenient when Im on the go and plus I never miss an issue.

Im already an Essence fan so this app was a perfect fit. I enjoy being able to buy merchandise in the app. I can scroll up and down for more information. Basically, interactive pieces. Plus, the app offers tablet bonuses with additional stories. This is a necessary addition for Essence subscribers.

All of my old mags will probably be worth something one day however this cuts down on clutter!

Essence is the window into the souls of our women and it is great being able to view it anytime right on my phone or tablet. The images are clear and the links never fail. Ive had this for over a year now and its still going strong. Looking forward to many more years

Love the magazine, HATE THE APP!!! *Constantly crashes *Menu doesnt work when I swipe up on my tablet

Display has changed for the last two issues. Nov & Dec. Print now too small, no scrolling options and links on cover and contents page no longer work. Something to do with the new ios9 maybe. Please update the app (3rd attempt at sending this review)

Love the magazine. The app not so much. Ditto customer service. A years subscription gone because the app is buggy and I cant get any useful help! What a waste!!
